Best course option for senior year?

So far in my high school career, I’ve taken a required integrated science course, Chemistry, and AP Chemistry. For my senior year (currently a junior), I’m considering either Physics or AP Bio. I would rather take AP Bio because apparently its a far easier class at our school than standard physics due to the teacher. However, my current science teacher warned me that colleges don’t like it when you don’t take physics, and apparently they like to see some kind of “triad” of basic bio, chemistry and physics. Is this true? Because I’ve never heard this before… I don’t plan on majoring in any math or science field. I’m not really too much of math person either so I figure ap bio will be easier and allow me to concentrate on apps more.

Please advise, thanks.
