We got a yes from CalArts as well! Do you happen to know if they have released financial aid yet? I didn’t find it anywhere in the portal.
Dd got an offer for Directing from UMich mid February.

Hi there! Just wondering if anyone heard from Ithaca yesterday? I heard from a friend they got a response in their portal, but my child hadn’t. Curious if anyone else saw anything?
Some got portal updates yesterday, and at least a few more today, yes. Both MT and Acting.
Nothing here yet. Do we think there’s a method to the order they send them… Should we be worried?

has anyone heard anything from Carnegie Mellon?
I’ve only heard of people getting yesses so far. My son didn’t get an email, but checked his portal and there was a decision there. Historically, it looks like the yesses come over 2-3 days and the nos come about a week later. Not sure how they handle waitlists.

so do we think the last of the acceptances come out today before 8 and then no’s/waitlists to follow?
Update on my kiddo:
Applied to 20 schools (some BFA Acting, some BA Theatre)
Sent 15 prescreens, 11 callbacks and 4 no thank yous
Accepted so far to: U of Maryland (BA), Iowa (BA), Viterbo, UW Stevens Point, UCONN, Chapman University, Marymount Manhattan.
Academic acceptances to BA programs at U of Minnesota & Rutgers
Wait listed: Rutgers BFA
Still waiting to hear from: several more 
Hoping Penn State and Minnesota are this week!

My kid update:
Did not get past prescreens for Michigan or Syracuse (they did not get his teacher recs, he may have been eliminated for that reason).
Juilliard - got a call back and interview, did not make top 50 for intensive weekend.
UNCSA - accepted
CalArts - accepted
Rutgers - not accepted
Penn State - Accepted
Chapman - Waitlisted
Ithaca - accepted
Marymount Manhattan - Accepted
Waiting on Carnegie Mellon, NYU, Boston U, Pace.
