I get the sense based on past acceptances they are. We haven’t heard one way or another and we DID hear from a student at the audition that they heard later than the week everyone else did. So, I have my fingers crossed until we hear otherwise.
us too. nothing yet. wonder when the waitlists/nos will roll out
Updates:
Unfortunately
Waitlisted for Syracuse + Rutgers ![]()
We are sitting on multiple waitlists too. We keep getting reminded that the waitlist is a “want list” and its not a no. Doesn’t feel like it after all this time, but trying to hold onto that.
Does anyone know if all the CCM acceptances (acting) have gone out? What about waitlist? Crickets so far…
Has anyone heard from Carnegie Mellon?
Not yet hopefully soon
Has anyone heard from Pace yet?
Nothing yet
anyone hear from missouri state?
not yet. had a virtual audition on feb. 20th and got an email on the 23rd saying you are still in the running.
Received an offer a day after auditioning (28th feb).
I know of at least 5 acceptances that have gone out. My DD is still waiting….
I haven’t heard anything from them (nor have other people I know who went to callbacks) but historically they tend to send calls out like around this week
yea, that’s what i was told
okay, i got the same email
Nope I think soon
Did anyone get specific timeframes for release from NYU or BU? I would love to be closer to finalizing top schools and working on the numbers!
Has anyone heard about Syracuse University acting - restructuring in the next few years? I heard a rumor that I can’t seem to find more about and ever since University of the arts closed we’re terrified of picking a school and having it close or not be as good once we are there.
A summary of this year’s whirlwind of auditions:
Applied to 15 (4 uk schools out of that)
8 did not pass the prescreen
One callback from Depaul
UNCSA- not accepted
CalArts- accepted
SCAD- accepted
NYU ED2- accepted
Still waiting on DePaul and UCLA
While NYU ED2 is binding, due to an unfortunate change in circumstance we cannot afford it. Having a really hard time letting go ![]()
What a year it’s been!
