The person they just handcuffed and put into the vehicle was stipped naked. They have NOT ID’d him yet as 2nd suspect.</p>

<p>That’s an amazing story you linked to, Barrons. Jeff Baumann actually saw one of the culprits drop the bag at his feet, and it went off a few minutes later. It’s amazing just that he survived, let alone that he was able to identify the man in one of those photos as the perpetrator.</p>
