so happy to be accepted! (1580, 4.0) does anyone have any insight on bc for premed majoring in bio? seen some worrying stories online abt grade deflation but i see that for many schools lol. if someone puts in the work, will they be able to get a decent gpa for med school?

Waitlisted! Kind of surprised (in a good way), I’m first generation so it may be imposter syndrome but nevertheless, I will take this over rejection any day
33 ACT superscore, 3.78 UW, 4.6 W, hook first-gen (three brothers dropped out of high school) and dad passed away junior year, intended major was Poli Sci

Daughter WL for Biology (4.0, test optional – should she have submitted a 31 ACT?)
Her brother is a sophomore – she will join WL but may prefer schools much closer to home any way.
It’s a great place to go to college!

Don’t doubt the decision not to submit! The college admissions process is a complete crap shoot! Your daughter will thrive and enjoy wherever she goes!!
