to add to the other comment, if there are multiple deposits such as housing, tuition, orientation, etc. you can call and ask if you just put the tuition deposit down first. at least that way, the institution knows you have interest and you still save some money. i currently work in my institution’s admissions office and this is the answer we usually share!
anyone hard back today?
Nothing for me
Nothing for me either
same
Nothing here either
Hi…Just sent it to my son. He’s in process of registering for orientation, etc. He was looking for something like that. His name is Michael. Thanks!
nothing here either… this sucks lol
its so weird that they havent been releasing decisions for so many days in a row now
no ikr… it’s sus
im tempted to call but ik they wont give any details
I was JUST thinking about this. I am tempted to call too and get any info on their method of deliberating, but I know they won’t tell me. Wish they would though.
also maybe they have been releasing decisions but not for anyone in this group? Idk just a thought
yea honestly i wouldnt be surprised if that was the case but stillll
i think the radio silence for the past few days was probably them waiting to see the class of 26 commitment numbers and seeing how many spaces are left for transfers. I’m hopeful we’ll get a big wave this week
Oh I didnt think of that that could definitely be it!
did they have to commit by may 1st?
Does anybody know the difference between being a “Guaranteed Transfer” student and a “Transfer” student? Someone from admissions emailed me that when I applied last year I was rejected but I got into their Guaranteed Transfer Program meaning they would accept me this year. I’m still waiting for their email back but was wondering if anybody else knew here.
guaranteed transfer is guaranteed a spot. transfers have to apply in and can be rejected
^^ guaranteed i believe you only have to send your semester transcript. my friend got this and would use it for this fall but they have been getting emails often about it so if i were you i would call them instead
