Do you think any more decisions will come out today? Or any tomorrow? I heard the first wave was going to be today and tomorrow
Has anyone been able to successfully RSVP to the open house? My son was accepted, but it says “Access Denied” when I submit.
Currently that RSVP link is accessible to all. Perhaps they will start accepting registrations only once all admits and waitlist decisions are published as only these two groups would be permitted to attend admitted students’ day on 4/10?
Did anyone get in as a transfer yet? Wondering if the transfer wave of acceptances has gone out.
Here is the Transfer Thread for 2026 and a detailed timeline for decisions is posted for the last few years: https://talk.collegeconfidential.com/t/cal-poly-slo-transfer-thread-for-fall-2026/

Able to register for open house late tonight after admit
Where did you hear about it being also today @Johnhihm ? We still have no updates. Feeling discouraged
We don’t have any updates either, so SLO doesn’t look promising. Although desirable, it isn’t among D26’s tippy-top choices because she’s not a really “polytechnic” kind of kid. She applied for Poli Sci, and I know some acceptances for that major were released yesterday. Her bestie got in for soil science. But there is still a non-zero chance of more acceptances ![]()
