Boston University, University of Virginia, University of Southern CaliforniaEmory, Cornell, Northeastern University, John Hopkins = reaches (odds are higher that you won’t get in - but still I can imagine your getting into one of those)
University of Conn = match
SUNY Binghamton= safety
McGill = will look at your application based on your Kazakhstan results

SUNY Binghamton isn’t a safety for Pumpkin96. EA round for SUNY Binghmaton this year was EXTREMELY competitive. I’ve seen my friends(from highly ranked high school in U.S. with great test scores of 2000+ and 3.8 UW) get deferred or even rejected. In addition, her regular course load with low UW GPA of 3.5 will just hurt his/her chances even more.

Spirral: I realize Bing is quite competitive nowadays. However, OP is full pay for international/OOS fees which always makes admission much easier - were your friends full pay? In state or OOS? In addition, EA tends to be MORE competitive than RD for internationals.

I was accepted Northeastern University last year (Honors program, business school). My tests were low 1760-SAT and 93 TOEFL. May be they liked my essays, I dont know Good luck!
