yes, i think that means she is a finalist and it is an interview but for results wise i think they email from june 12th-15th so don’t stress it!

When did they hear back?
We heard back this Wednesday afternoon via email–our son was a finalist but was not selected as a scholar–we are very disappointed but still thankful for the recognition of his talents and hard work. I would be glad to discuss any aspect of the process with parents or students who are applying in the future–please PM me.
Hi, my daughter is in 7th grade.she is applying for CDB this year. Can you please shed some light on essay. How important it is? And also what SAT score is considered as good for the 7th grader
I felt that the essays are very very important-they need to be written well. I think that the essays were the reason our son was selected as a finalist. The threshold placed by CDB in the past for SAT scores was not very high, but out son did prepare for the test and did well.
