What are your AP scores? they matter more than your GPA. Also, you can only count USHX. FYI, you can chance yourself for any UK uni by going to their website- they post their requirements; if you meet them and your PS & LoR are solid you are likely to get an offer.
You need three scores of 5 at AP for that KCL course (although your Sat2 score can substitute for the history). Really, four, as they’ll count the two Gov classes as one for that purpose, i.e. you need to have both. If these are the courses you’re currently taking, any offer would be conditional on your achieving the required scores in Lang and the two Gov courses.
Your personal statement is also very important; this is where you tell them why you’re interested in the subject.
