Schools
UGA, UNC Chapel Hill, Rutgers, VT
I’d prefer UGA most because I have family there that I could stay with and work for.

Also taking any recommendations for other schools to apply to where you’d think I’d be a good fit.

Episode 469 of the Your College Bound Kid podcast (available on most podcast platforms or www yourcollegeboundkid dot com) has a lengthy interview with the Director of Admissions at UGA where he talks specifically about transfer admissions there. It obviously won’t give you any info about your particular situation, but it may help to understand how they review and assess applicants.

UGA transfer admission is pretty clear cut. This article describes the requirement. You should get in as long as you have at least 30 completed hours by the application deadline. https://www.admissions.uga.edu/admissions/transfer/
