Any advice about sending a day student to Chatham hall? Is it a strong school? can you compare to St. Mary’s in Raleigh NC?

I just visited the school. It was really lovely and ALL the people there are nice. I’m not sure of the academic competition at St. Mary’s but at Chatham, it was present. I believe Chatham Hall is a strong school. It facilities are nice, but just a bit of renovating is needed. i think it would be great for a day student who wants to be challenged (academically), wants to make friends and who wants to have fun. All in all, It was lovely. My daughter got accepted and might be attending in the fall.

My daughter just graduated from Chatham Hall. It was a wonderful empowering experience for her. The relationship between teacher and student works beautifully to develop each girls strengths and to remediate their weaknesses.

It was plenty challenging. She received 4’s and 5’s on her AP’s and had excellent SAT scores. She is well prepared to attend her top 20 university in the fall.
