So…ready to welcome 2007!!!..Happy new year everyone…!!!

yeah…I know issac…so I have already posted my application…just my finaid forms are remaining…

La Finale…welcome To The New Era(after 1000th Post!!)!!!

Yeah…hope for the same with my college apps this time…so happy to say goodbye to 2006…

Finally finished all my apps for jan1-2 deadlinerzz. To click submit button and then to confirm is the only job fo me now ![]()
I posted MIT’s physical part2apps 2day cuz its online 1 was juz t00 word-limitin’’ :D

We crossed a millenium. Thats wonderful. so you guys send the Fin aid forms later?I send them together with the common app. and what is it that you submit online? If that is the common app supplement then don’t we have to pay while submitting online? or there’s another way to do it

Have you received your Official scores in the post Shail? My wait was finally over today. saves lots of dollars now…

naa…i don’t think it will ever come as well…will have to do with alternative ways.

good trick porkey…I managed with it somehow though…

to No_novice…
“and what is it that you submit online? If that is the common app supplement then don’t we have to pay while submitting online? or there’s another way to do it”…

r u kidding me…these are the very basic things of common and online application…everything goes online except the recos and the finaid forms… at least in my case…it’s the same for most ppl i guess…u need to use a guidance counselor approved fee waiver to waive your app fee…although most waive it automatically for online submission…

happy new year guys…hope this new year comes with lots of good news to everyone of us…

I send the entire thing through mail Shail and I know plenty who do the same thing. yes sometimes they submit online to reach the deadline but otherwise it’s through the mail. so does that mean you submitted the colleges forms and essays electronically?

of course i did everything online…why would someone spend extra bucks and still worry about the postal service when the same thing can be done within seconds with immediate confirmation…any justification for the mail based submission?..except for porkeys’ lack of space…

i submitted everything online yesterday and today I know that my application has been entered into the colleges’ database…that’s so easy, quick and so much simple isn’t it?

And if you are a little behind schedule , you can submit it the next day…i.e. for a Jan 1 deadline , you can submit it on Jan 2 because of the American Time Zones…

well. I didn’t know online submission was so much into use in Nepal as well. I must say that.

well better know fast coz if I were you, I wouldn’t trust the postal service that much…

yeh. this tells me so many things. I hadn’t considered online submission but now I do. Thanks.

A very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

no_novice I feel strange that u lack lots of knowledge about college apps eventhoug u have been using cc. I won’t tell u “same on u” cuz i’m a lil humane kinda a person, but u must’ve done some of research man, now it’s too late. Just follow ur instinct. Now fo u its wise to Post everything than to learn how to use commonapp.org and best of luck!!
