<p>So, so glad, Times3 and son! Seems like good news IS contagious!!</p>
<p>Hurray, congratulations to all! My son got his acceptance letter on Monday but even last night his myIthaca wasn’t updated but it’s updated this morning, so his must have changed at midnight, like Cinderella, as well. I imagine they try to arrange that the letters get there first, but it doesn’t always happen that way.</p>
<p>Congrats, Times3! You gave me hope that maybe my daughter’s status had changed but no news still on our end.</p>
<p>Times… YAY!!! That is probably the best news I will hear this week! My DS just got a big packet from Ithaca acting school yesterday( he’s a Junior). We were both VERY impressed with the alumni and the program. I now know why his drama teacher is pushing it so hard to him. It is on his list for sure.</p>

<p>ActingDad, based on the few data points we have here, they seem to be doing males at the moment.</p>
<p>Does seem like a run on males. My daughter auditioned 2/16 at Ithaca and her audition moved to what we have on 2/28 so it has not been even a week yet so don’t think there is anything to read one way or the other. Nothing in mail today. So still we wait. She still has eight schools up in the air.</p>

<p>My myIthaca account is down as well. Anybody have any explanation. I have tried to call but didn’t get too many answers. I would be okay to know if this means I have a rejection on the way because I didn’t like how my audition went that day anyway.</p>

<p>MyIthaca is down for my D too, but we did get a rejection letter. Is it changed to accepted or down for those that got in? That would give a better answer. We don’t have any acceptances yet! At least no BFA’s.</p>
<p>The Ithaca account stays up for accepted students. My daughter’s still says applied and we’ve received no mail but you can scroll through forums and other groups on the site and one of its functions is for accepted students to connect.</p>
<p>So @actingdad you’re saying if yours is down it means you’re most likely rejected?</p>
<p>I called Ithaca and they confirmed that I had been rejected over the phone. So I believe if your account is unavailable they decision is a no.</p>
<p>Hi Rachel. Unless there are two of you, I’m the father of your Stella Adler train ride partner. I don’t have any more info than you do so I hesitate at making a conclusion especially when I would love to see you and my daughter at the same school.</p>

<p>^^walker, my son is waiting for JMU. He applied RD so won’t hear from the university till late March, THEN from the program. We’ve see a couple of very strong productions there and enjoyed everything about the audition day (it was his last one). Very anxious to hear!</p>
