yea…there r few guys applying to both of the colleges(vassar and bates)…if u want the recent acceptances there then i think there is one girl frm bnks in class of 2012 in Bates…ani a guy in 2011(but from IB)…in vassar a guy in class of 2010…ani one acceptance last year (but he was a green card holder)…2 otai college ma they do acccept nepalese student but they both r tough to get into…for vassar they have very limited AID for internationals…in addition vassar is known for students who are financially very rich…so aid kum cha tya…in bates u need a lot of talent to get into…a hell lot of ecas…the last girl accepted had her cv full of national awards…!!!</p>

i’m still confused about my ED college…still need 15 more day to decide, depending on my preparation for SAT. But, i have completed the college list before a month :p. <p>Guys, this is a creator for "class of 2013 " from Nepal and i was among those psychic people,all at the same time applied to 20 colleges,got rejected from a bunch,accepted into few and now in a one .I was like u guys so much driven by this CC, a well known -highly triggered part of educational discussion in Nepal -especially between the rivals (in terms of acceptance into colleges),SXC,BNKS,Malpi,Rato Bangala.Anyway this is good forum ,which afterwards turn to be *** thing for me -I was so active on those days but later i was completely out of this weird sites ,frustrated by the decision from poor admins.</p>
<p>I fear that i would not object to anyobody or offend those people,i m not trying to be biased but i would say this sucks-----have not tried reading all these ridicoulous pages from 2014 from nepal but i would like to address my points here.
If anybody thinks only BNKS ppl gets high scores and not others and if anyone claim that good colleges are only for them , i fear ,but these are just a rumour outside.and If there are ppl who says SXC rocks -they are wrong again-BNKS or SXC ,Malpi or Bangala,Jagat Mandir or Bhagat Mandir ,they are all same here-Believe me ."Nepal ma j kura ni badhai chadai hunchha .</p>

Would u believe this…Forbes ranks UPenn 61 and Dartmouth 127 in the best college list.
And even DePauw is above them at 47.</p>

<p>Oh yeah. Forbes’ ranking was indeed quite debatable. There was a long discussion about those rankings here on CC, and the general consensus was that the whole ranking methodology and the ranking itself were rubbish and certainly not to be trusted.</p>

rankin r generally quite odd…whether it b of forbes or usnews…kunai bela it might b over ratin a college or while in some (lyk upenn n dartmouth) just the opposite…so yes its very debatable…</p>

<p>don’t look at any rankings. Man the college needs to suit you. What would be left of you if you became a boka in college you chose based on rankings. Sorry for using awkward phrases but im refraining myself from getting banned next…the 14th time…it would be…hehe.</p>
