Accepted or Deferred? Or just accepted as @jimjung76 claims? There’s a big difference you know
Maybe it has to do with what school you applied to? Anyone else who applied to LSA have a green check mark?
In my school, 2 of my friends and I (really good stats) have the X, and another friend where Michigan is definitely a reach doesn’t even have the line for final high school transcript… this may be true
I have an X last name starts with N
Mine has a big x next to “high school fall term grades” what does this mean??
V
I’m biased because I have the X, but logic seems to dictate to me that the X just means accepted. The only reason that any college would want to see your final transcript is if you’ll be attending and they want to make sure that your grades don’t drop. If they’re going to defer you, why would they need your transcript now? Why not wait until they make a decision?
No x for me and last initial is v
can the people with the X say what school they applied to?
Do any OOS applicants have an X??? (Last initial L)
Mine is asking for fall term grades with an X next to it
“First of all, at U-M every admitted student who wants to enroll has to do one thing: Graduate! We are going to ask you to prove that to us! We ask our admitted students to send their final high school transcripts with proof of graduation to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as soon as possible. Your final semester grades also will be evaluated.”
From, a Michigan blog post about Senioritis in 2015. Take that as you will, but they basically confirm they ask ADMITTED students for it.
@lukegranny The X can appear for both Engineering and LSA.
My son has the red X for final HS transcript, he applied to Kinesiology, last initial C, in state
