Would love to see stats and wondering if they defer all OOS and what stats one would need to get OOS acceptance. If move most to regular round then why bother an EA
Daughter deferred. OOS (California). 1350 SAT. 4.1 GPA. 6 APs (4 current year, 2 last year w/ 5 and 4 scores). Decent EC’s, including part-time job applicable to major. Brother graduated from Clemson in 2024.

Deferred. OOS. 31 ACT. 4.4/3.9. Comm major. Not sure what to think. Should we remain hopeful for regular decision?

I don’t think she’s even checked yet. I’m trying to not be an overbearing crazy person! So I guess I’ll find out at 7.

Yes! Clemson defers a ton in EA. I would think those stats would get your child in.
Everything is so competitive due to the common app. Schools get record numbers of Apps every year, because it is now so easy to apply everywhere.
