Oh totally spiraling. Because, why not…Can anyone access the student orientation page? I get an error saying that although
my login credentials are correct, I don’t have access to that content.

So daughters best friend just got to work - we checked her buttons are gone also.

Side note- We - daughter and daughters friend DID NOT apply honors

Also, daughters friend did provide SAT and we did TO

So it is not based on TO or SAT/ACT either.

So heres what I think. You lose your button when a decision is made, no matter what that is. They have too many applicants so they are going through best they can and some will lose buttons as we get closer. In the end those they couldnt look at get defered regardless and thats why by the end everyone will lose the button and in the end the button wont mean good or bad, just that the processed the application.

This does make sense…and as it is a reach, maybe this is why my dtr still has the button, until closer to the time.

I agree with this, having worked in an Admissions office they will typically take a few passes at the candidate pool. The first pass would be the definite yes applicants, and then you go from there until you hit your number.

So now… for those of you that still have the buttons- to test the newest theory- continue to check the portal as we get closer to Thursday to see if they begin to disappear as well.
