<p>Hey, for the two recs we need, who are u guys using? For that one that says “community or volunteering service” person…does it mean a volunteering one…or can it be any community activity person with whom you worked? Also, is this technically a “national” award since 2600 were picked from 104,000 applicants in the nation?</p>
