Cornell Class of 2029 Official Thread

To clarify, is there anyone who didn’t apply for FA, but didn’t get the “no current to do” message?

i did not apply for FA but i have processing for some reason.

I think the 3 scenarios are not quite right. I think your #1 and # 2 are actually the same.

  1. I think no one see a filled list until they click Go. (Someone can refute if false).
  2. If your list is empty before you click Go button, some lists have a ToDo link in the first line of the grid, if you click that, you get parameter error. If you click Go, your list gets filled with processing, like above. I bet EVERYONE with an empty list before Go, get this error on the link. After you click Go, the ToDo link vanishes and your other finaid materials appear as processing.
  3. “No todo information found” message. I have not seen this case. I applied for Finaid.
  4. “No Finaid” message. I have also not seen this case. Does anyone have a screenshot?

For those who applied for financial aid, did you all receive the IDOC request? Is Cornell listed as one of the schools requesting documents? I read on Reddit that this is a good indication of admission, and I’m wondering how accurate that information is.

I have 2 and no go button

For Case 2 there is no go button at all. There is no way to fill the list

Same here.

I realized the case 4 “No finaid” message was the wrong link… so I’m pretty sure everyone reporting to have it just entered the wrong link

I’m not FA and have the “No current to do item information found” message.

(Makes sense logically that there would just be no to-do items because no FA, but for the astrology this might be a good sign?)

I mean I have it, but not sure how accurate it is.

Ok I follow then. So no case 4 exists, and case 1 applies to everyone that sees a Go button. I am Case 1, and before you click Go, you will get the parameter error that Case 2 sees.

No idea what any of it means lol.

My friend got the parameter message

I have “No current to do item information found” and I applied for FA. What’s the speculation on this? I haven’t read all the previous messages.

Can someone confirm this is a good indication of admission?

I applied for aid, am domestic, and got the “no current to do” message, and this is what it looks like. The page loads in like this and has no active links on it.

Can’t post images for some reason, so look at this link with .com after imgur

I think that means you got accepted?

Do a lot of people have it though? Given the acceptance rate, very few people should have it if it actually means anything.

There are also a lot of colleges within Cornell, some with substantially higher acceptance rates (ILR, Humec, etc)

is there any portal astrology for people who didn’t apply aid?
