Essays/LORs/Other
I feel like my essay is unique and tells a lot about a unique moment that happened in my life. Also, my lors are strong.

Bryn Mawr’s acceptance rate for international students is around 13%. They are a “need sensitive” school so the fact that you need a lot of financial aid will work against you. You shouldn’t ED to any school without first checking the NPC with your parents to see if it is feasible to get the amount of aid you are looking for. Unfortunately, a lot of times the NPCs are not accurate for international applicants.

So yes, you have a chance, but it is a long shot. And you need to determine if it’s affordable before applying ED. Nothing worse than getting an acceptance to find out you can’t afford it.

Good luck to you!

Agree, you should not apply ED when affordability is a priority.

No to ED because you don’t know what they’ll say you need and make sure you apply to need blind schools, not need aware or sensitive. But for any school, they decide what you can afford. You don’t get to determine that. Good luck.
