Does your school have the letter grade 'E' or 'F'?

Mine has ‘E’.

Lul our system is sooo “wahhh don’t wanna kill kids’ self-esteems!!!”

Nope my school only has As, Bs, Cs, and Fs :/

Wut.

No ‘D’?

THROW SOME D’S ON THAT -----

we have F’s AND F-'s lol

We have Fs, although I never understood why E was skipped? Does E stand for excellence or something?

Because F= Fail…duh…

and in elementary school E stood for Excellent, I think? They wouldn’t want to commend failure now would they…

err…meadow36, you may be right that F=Fail, but A not= Excellent and C not= Average if you’re going to go by the first letter of each word.

Oh, we have an “F,” but if you get one you’re no longer at my school.

We have lots of F’s. Probably the second most common grade, after C’s.

We are boring (i.e. normal), and have F’s.

I hate letter grading. I would much rather have a scale of one to ten.

We have Es, but many teachers use F on like tests and stuff.

We get number grades… But the lowest grade you can get on a report card is a 50%. Tests can go into the negatives, unless you forfeit the test in which case you get an automatic 50%.

Lol, we use F, I think it’s because subconsciously, F is so negative… like… you get the grade and just go “FFFFFFFFFFF!!!” lol.

^ Hahaha. That’s exactly why my system eliminated them. They’re wimps.

E:rolleyes: But everyone (and most of the teachers) just calls them Fs…

nice. i’ve never seen/ heard of an e in my life before  (excluding the psat)

We’ve got F’s.
Screw self esteem!

Lol it’s hilarious that our school uses F’s, because they actually DO care about the students’ self-esteem… to the point that in the elementary schools and middle schools they’ve banned RED PENS for grading. Because “red ink gives my little Johnny nightmares!” or something. Purple is the new red.

E…?
