<p>I got really excited when I saw the “View my Decision” link on the portal, then disappointed to find it was just a lin saying come back later.</p>

<p>Is there anyone who gets the phone interview? I heard the rumor saying phone interview means good chance of getting in. Sry I am just curious.</p>

<p>It all depends on when they finish reviewing the applications. The UVA admission blog usually makes an anouncement when they finish reviewing all of the applications.</p>
<p>Always…I always post on the blog, Twitter, and Facebook when we are done. We’re working as quickly as we can, but we won’t sacrifice a thorough review to release early.</p>
<p>Dean J, I received my first semester report card today but want receive an official updated transcript until January 21. Would it be beneficial to send my report car now and then send the official transcript when it’s released?</p>
<p>Are decisions electronic this year? Any chance they will be released before the 31st?</p>

<p>It’s always helpful to scan the forum when you have a question to see if your question has been asked and answered recently. This isn’t a matter of ‘bothering’ others, it’s a matter of getting you an answer immediately instead of waiting for a response. Sometimes you’re curious about something, other times a mild panic (think green dots in SIS 
). There’s also a handy search feature at the top right of the forum that’s great for pulling up information previously asked or discussed here. Dean Js blog has a similar search function (also top right) where you can see if there’s been a blog on your topic. You wouldn’t be applying to UVa if you weren’t resourceful.
