<p>Technically you can do pre-pharmacy anywhere and then apply to pharmacy school as you would to med school, as long as you fullfill the pre-pharmacy pre-requisites. So to answer your question, the easiest schools for pharmacy would be the easiest schools to get into generally.
If you’re talking about the 6 year programs, I believe they are all reasonable in terms of selectivity. U of Rhode Island, U of Connecticut, Butler, U. of the Pacific, Rutgers, Northeastern, all have 6 year programs that are open to Canadian citizens. UMich has a harder to get into program where you’re guaranteed into their pharmacy school after 2 years, and so does University of Pittsburg. Check out their websites for the details.
