Elementary School in the US

Hi, first post here, gotta say, really love this site. It’s already been a big help.

I have a question, and I’ve been wondering about it for awhile now. I am a 12th grade student from China, and I’ve attended all of secondary school in China. But, I went to school in the US from 3rd to 6th grade, and I’m pretty sure my record during that time was very good. I’ve heard some people say that it would benefit my application if I show this somehow. However, it was a long time ago, and I have my doubts. Somehow it just doesn’t seem a good idea to incorporate things from elementary and middle school when every school has basically made it clear that they’re mostly basing their evaluation on secondary school performance, etc. So I thought it would be a good idea to get some more opinions. What do you guys think?

Anyone??..

honestly, i don’t think your record from elementary school matters at all when it comes to college admission

Elementary grades shouldnt really matter. Its what your record from highschool actually show what kind of mindset and work habits you show. Elementary grades often have no direct correlation with those of highschool

I think only high school really matter? Cause even middle school grades don’t really matter.
