bulldogs3,

Yes.

bulldogs3,

Yes.

Well I’ve done that and just submitted my mid term grades. It just seems too good to be true. Wish me luck!!! I wonder how long it will take before I hear a response?

@bulldogs3 ,

Congratulations on meeting your requirements! Some schools are slower with decisions than others, but since you have gotten your midterm report in so early, and as long as all of your other materials have been received by Cornell, you should probably anticipate a decision around late March-early April.

bulldogs3!

Good luck. See you at Cornell.

Wow guys. I agree with @bulldogs3, it does seem almost too good to be true. I hope that is the case however, and that there are no “surprises.” I’ll be submitting my midterm report soon, and I hope all goes smoothly.

Hey all,
I have a transfer offer for ILR for this fall. Does anyone know what kind of financial aid transfer students generally get and when we can expect to hear about financial aid packages?

Just checked the online application status. Everything is in! Maybe those of us who have submitted the midterm report will hear on “Ivy Day”.

I submitted all of my materials (minus midterm which I will send next week) in the second week of January. However on my online application status only my application and high school transcript were marked as received. I am really worried, should I resend my registar report and college transcript? I feel like my decision is going to very delayed

@goodluck13

Don’t be worried. They are just taking a while to process documents. I sent my transcript on January 27th and it does not show up on my portal yet. I emailed my “transfer person” and he put me in touch with Olivia Owens from the transfer office. I’m not sure if she is just for ILR, but if you would like her e-mail I could PM it to you! She was very helpful and she let me know my documents have been received.

@Shap95

Thank you, but I believe Ms. Owens is just for IRL. I already tried emailing CALS but they just send a message saying they will contact me if I am missing anything. I really hope they update my portal soon, I was really looking forward to finding out my decision at the end of March

Hi guys,
have you guys submitted financial aid documents? I know I am probably going to late–if not very late-- but my IDOC Id from last year does not work (apparently you had to submit a new CSS profile?) but Cornell only required us to complete the IDOC and didn’t specify anything else…?

I submitted an IDOC cover sheet with mine and my parents 2013 tax return and w2 stuff and what not. Did you guys submit your 2012 documents?

I had to call last week 2/14, to get them to submit my IDOC. IDOC emailed me on Mondat wiith a code to complete the profile. I did a css in January.

When will we find out how much aid we get?

Comments: Interviewed with a local alum on Friday for the Architecture program - it went wonderfully. I left feeling optimistic (overly so, I think). Large emphasis is placed on the portfolio for admission to the CU school of Architecture…Fortunately, my interviewer was especially stoked on my portfolio.

I truly wish you all the best of luck, and hope to see you this fall.

Here’s hoping!

I have GT for Animal Science as well. Really hoping it works out. Cornell remains my dream

Scanned and e-mailed my midterm report today (didn’t have access to a fax machine and ILR said that was okay). Can’t wait to hear back! . The online portal says I am still missing my college transcript, even though it was sent on January 27th and when I sent an email asking on the status of the document, Cornell said they received it. Goodluck to everyone!

They finally received my transcript (still missing the registar report though)! But I’m wondering if I should contact them because I sent two different transcripts one from my fall term and one from a university I received credits for from high school. I’m just scared they only have my transcript from the high school university credits
