@TouristHistory That just goes to show how random college admissions can be. There truly seems to be no method to their madness, hopefully uva will work out for all of us!

@TouristHistory I am surprised as well as to how GMU denied when you got into VT. Congrats on VT! I am sure GMU rejection has no correlation to UVA and you definitely have a great chance.

This is horrible. I’m in-state and a double-legacy, (applying for CAS) I’ve also only made A’s and B’s throughout college and high school but you never know. My GPA is only the lower side due to the timing of my grades despite never making below a B- or failing my classes.

I applied GMU and UVA, got into GMU, but I am more eager to hear from UVA truth be told.

Lol same. Hopefully this Friday, my guess is May 1. The most recent year to have the last Friday of April be the 24th like it is this year was 2015, and they released May 1 that year. I’m always checking the blog hoping they posted something new ?.

@TransferFall2020 Haha me too! I went on the UVA Transfer Blog today and it seems like they post on there announcing decisions will be released a couple of hours before they actually are. You bet I’ll be checking the blog bright and early Friday morning haha
Do y’all have all the transfer credit requirements completed? I’m missing 6 credits so I hope they doesn’t hurt my changes. I’m applying as a rising second year btw
