I think we could see a mid-week release, if what they did for first-years is any indication.

I think it’s going to be May 1st someone asked on the transfer blog if decisions are going to be delayed and they said “No decisions will be released on May 1st.”
But they always say May 1st. Even if decisions were to be released early, they’re say May 1st up until a few hours before decisions are out.
@nining I’m not sure, My guess is that it varies by school
RD decisions were released on a Wednesday this year so maybe they’ll surprise us and do the same for transfer decisions. However, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be May 1st.

@nining There doesn’t seem to be a definitive pattern. This year was Wednesday, last year was Friday, 2018 was Thursday, etc.
“[T]hey will not be delayed - they’ll be announced on May 1st.” It wasn’t “on or before May 1st” or “by May 1st”. So May 1 is the day.

Those of you who see inquiry access denied: what year does it say and does it say that on the finance page in the middle or on the left menu bar? Mine says no financial info in the middle and inquiry access denied 2020 on the left menu. But I’m also not sure if I applied for financial aid. I think I checked the fin aid box on my application but I didn’t do the fafsa for this year
Hey this is kind of late but how many people were asked for second semester information? And does this mean anything good because they’re taking more interest in you?
@mkmk29 what kind of information are they asking you?
My daughter has not been asked for that, but she did get an email requesting syllabi for specific classes. No decision from UVA yet.
I was asked to give my second semester classes and the credits for each class. It seems trivial so I didn’t think it meant much.
