@CM7850 if your in state you def should feel good, as someone who lives in NY out of state i have no hope. thats why UVA is not near my top choices but it’s still amazing

I got rejected from UVA in high school, and i went to community college to have another shot, i really hope i make it in this time

hey guys this is a bit late but does UVA require you take expos at you university or are AP credits enough to fulfill the requirement?

@transferringlion expository writing, so essentially English Composition.
@mkmk29 there are 2 english classes that each ap english exam covers. personally my school made me take english there so my ap credit is kinda useless lol but it looks like it counts towards something.
Do transfer students have to live in dorms the first year? Also I’ve been trying so hard to sleep but its 6 a.m. so…
@finallyalano no, but I would recommend that you stay in one. Friend groups will already be established and staying off-grounds will make it VERY hard to make friends.
Luckily I already know a bunch of people there so I should be fine. But I see your point and tbh I might dorm anyways since I commuted for GMU.
