Many large cities have fast food with no drive thru
I avoid drive thrus as much as I can. Heaven forbid we can all get out of our cars and walk 20 feet. Many times it’s faster to order inside and get your food than waiting at the drive thru.
Wawa is THE BEST! I didn’t even think of that.

Fast casual is a separate concept in the food industry from fast food.
Fast casual sounds like a “quickie”, LOL.

Several McD, BK, and KFC restaurants outside of the US don’t have drive-thru windows. And you don’t drive thru McD, BK,… in the airports or subway stations, shopping malls,… in the US. :))
The newer Paneras in our area all have drive thru windows.

California Pizza kitchen or something like that has recently add meat to their menu. We might go there again. Years ago we used to eat at this place.

Our suburban but touristy area planning commissions are usually anti-drive thru, so very few of our fast food places are permitted to have a drive thru.
Where are Rubios and Tendergreen and Whichwhich? We have Silvergreen, but I think that is just local.

I will have to give Chick-fil-a another chance. I ordered the most basic sandwich the first time, which was the chicken with a pickle.
Remember when Subway didn’t cut their bread in half? It was sort of a triangular cut from the top of the bread. That was about the last time I ate there.

Catfish is not a yum around here. I don’t remember when was the last time I had catfish.
