Love that photo! So welcoming!
I had the gladiolas before you mentioned them as a good floral for the house. Mostly because they were on sale at the grocery store yesterday morning for $1.99 a bunch!
The blue couch came from Living Spaces (which is a low cost furniture seller). Brought it over from someone’s house. Not sure if they have Living Spaces stores in other areas of the country.
The orange chair and the green chair also came from other people’s houses.
We are Live!! For Sale!!!
Don’t know how long it will take to show up on Zillow, Trulia, etc.
I just finished loading all the photos to the Flickr group
Now, back out to the project for massive work to get ready for Open Houses this weekend
It’s already on Zillow and Redfin.
Pictures look great!
The old pictures are still on realtor.com… wow, what a difference.
Wow Wow Wow!
Holy JPMorgan. Great photography of a great product.
Fantastic job, @coralbrook, both in the reno overall and for the staging.
I like how the staging carries the blue throughout. And you got a little orange in there for us orange fans.
That amazing view and your tasteful choices are going to sell this house quickly!
I like the lighting you chose for the master. And the cool mirror over the bathroom vanity.
I’m really impressed how you pulled of that staging on your own on such a short time frame.
Would someone please PM me a link to the zillow listing?
What a stunning transformation! Exactly what my H and I would love for a retirement home, if it was half the price !
You are truly a miracle worker and certainly work well under pressure.
Dirt cheap by Seattle standards. For that price, you will get a 2 bed townhome with no view or a dilapidated old house in a not so good 'hood.
Absolutely spectacular! Wow, wow, wow.
Brava, @coralbrook!!
I’ve been an occasional lurker on this thread and feel compelled to come out of the shadows to congratulate you on a job exceedingly well done!
It’s spectacular! I’m having a thing for courtyards at the moment … love the entry porch!
Yowser. Cb, you’ve outdone yourself! Taking out the grilles in the windows was the best thing you could have done. That, along with everything else you did!
@coralbrook - what an amazing job you did. You are going to sell this one fast! Congratulations on another beautiful transformation.
Incredible completion, fantastic photos! Well done, CB!
Fabulous! The staging is wonderful. One question (and the answer is probably pages back and I missed it). Is the space below the wine bottle on the counter for a wine fridge?
Wow…really, really well done!
Two couples standing outside the house when I arrived about 11:30am. We better hurry and get rid of the pile of trash hidden by the side of the house:) not to mention we are trying to hide 10 giant empty boxes somewhere…just in case all this stuff gets returned?
Today the poor step child garage is finally getting painted out. And we went to photos with no baseboard in 2 of the bedrooms. Mad dash to install, caulk and paint badeboards. Poor painter is under the gun to finish this stuff. Its not his fault that everything is at the last minute
