Accepted 32 ACT 4.0 UW. Didn’t get the OOS waiver (this might be the year where a 33 became the cutoff) which was what would have kept FSU as a contender and that’s a good thing I think because I think my son has several acceptances he wants to attend more and the waiver might have put pressure on him to consider FSU when he really is more excited about others. Best of luck to all of you!

We are OOS, tonight son was accepted to FSU as presidential scholar semi-finalist in addition to honor college. He needs to submit two short videos by next Friday to be in the pool as finalist. If selected he will receive $42,000 and OOS waiver.

What a ride, he was accepted to UF last month. I guess we will see how everything plays out.

Chomp, but loves both schools.

My DS must not have received the OOS waiver since we can’t find it anywhere in the portal or reference to it in his acceptance letter. We were hoping for it as he scored 34 ACT. Bummer.

The math isn’t adding up unless I’m missing something. 19,700/82000 is 24 percent?

D25 denied OOS but we knew it was a tough admit. Luckily she was already excited about another school so it didn’t sting too much. Congrats to all the acceptances!

Did anyone get deferred? All I see is accepted, waitlisted or rejected. I know that last year some OOS kids got deferred during RD. I haven’t heard of anyone being deferred this year.
