Just got the email at 4:30 pm that admission has been given. It says “ The first is to advise you now - in advance of our decision release date later this month - that you will be offered admission to Fordham University for the Fall 2020 semester.” Very good news indeed. Congrats to others as well.
Are these likely letters all released at the same time or is it possible for them to come over the next few days? I live near a reception location so I would like to know soon!
My D got one too! Does anyone know from past years if all accepted EAs (that live near a reception) got one, our just some?
I am wondering that as well… if everyone doesn’t get one, are they selected by stats/scholarship potential?

Good to hear from others applying to Fordham! I wish all of you the best of luck, I have seen that last year the 14th was when ED and EA got their decisions. That is this Friday the 13th. Has anyone heard anything further about dates, could it possibly be this Friday? I live far away so no likely letter received on my end.

I applied EA in October. I have a 3.7 UW, 28 ACT, and 4 APs with solid extracurriculars and a job as a lifeguard since I was 15. Does anyone think I’ll get in?
My D said her portal said 12/20 for EA decisions
That’s the latest it could be but Fordham usually sends them out a few days early.
Yeah, I got a fee waiver for EA and this is might be the only school which provides the waiver for me. Nice one. Hope it can also meet my FA.
I applied EA as an International Studies major for Rose Hill. I also got a fee waiver, however I still haven’t heard back.
Mine received a fee waiver from Fordham and from another school. We visited both. The other few schools that we did not visit, did not provide a fee waiver. Applied EA, have not heard back. Good luck to all!
Does anyone’s portal now include an “optional grade report”?? I didn’t notice it before on my application but I’m assuming it is my first quarter grades??

Hey there! I applied early action with a 34 ACT and a 4.15 GPA. I got a fee waiver as well which is really what prompted me to look into Fordham. I have played varsity volleyball for four years, have interned at the University of Michigan, is a national merit student, work with a local climate advocacy group, and am editor-in-chief of yearbook and the literary magazine. I’m hoping for good news as I plan on majoring in Environmental Studies and English!
