<p>I don’t have any notification selected and it’s been happening to me constantly. </p>
<p>When I try to re login it keeps telling me I have the wrong password, so I wrack my brain and while I am trying all possible variations and it suddenly logs me back on. Sadly, I am losing patience. Besides…it just isn’t as fun as it used to be.</p>
<p>I get the no permission to edit too but I can still edit the post. Unless of course it’s because I’ve been logged out. Then I can log back in and edit despite the no permission. The site has become virtually unusable the last 3 days.</p>
<p>The other annoyance I’m having is that sometimes I click on a thread that says it has X # new posts and instead of being taken to that point, I’m taken to the beginning of the thread.</p>
<p>That has happened to me as well, but only when it also logs me out. Refreshing logs me back in and takes me to the new posts.</p>
<p>I am now starting to have the log-out-every-time-I-click-a-new-page problem. I’ve also just had the experience of being unable to edit my own post 30 seconds later.</p>

<p>Kajon said it right above - its just not as much fun and too much work to manipulate the page these days. People don’t start as many posts and for me, the post titles Just don’t catch my eye as much.</p>

<p>Add me to the list of people getting logged out (and yes refresh usually works). I’ve been told I don’t have permission to edit posts minutes afterwards and various, gray boxes some “Guru Meditation” or whatever it says have been popping up. I’m getting pretty tired of a disfunctional site.</p>
<p>It doesn’t seem to matter where we discuss these issues. They’re not doing anything about them, nor are they replying to our concerns.</p>

<p>I’m just annoyed that we are being fed a bill of goods. We are being told that things are going to be fixed. But really, these new glitches are WORSE. Not an improvement…worse. </p>
<p>That we have to log in again and again? I’m thinking that is NOT an accident, such our FIRST option is to log in via Facebook. Is that the preferred log on? Are folks who are logging in through FB getting bumped out everytime they switch forums? Do they need to refresh? Is the guru meditation thing appearing for them?</p>
<p>Admins…if you are reading this…just tell us,the truth. What IS going on? Why have these new glitches appeared in the last couple of days? </p>
<p>How about an update with honestly and substance? I feel like I’m being pandered to.</p>
<p>Can anyone tell me how to get to the outbox for private messages? I can see the inbox–but can’t tell if a PM I sent was actually sent to the recipient.</p>
<p>For those with log in problems:</p>
<p>Try clearing your cookies and cache etc. before you log in. I think the site got hacked again.</p>
<p>Bromfield. The messages just show up on your pm wall. Outgoing and incoming.</p>
<p>The last three times I’ve posted, it has logged me out right afterwards.</p>
<p>I cleared cookies and such on the iPad and still having some issues.</p>
<p>Oh Sax. Now there is a thought. All this upgrade stuff to improve security, and you think this site might have been hacked…again. Sheesh!</p>
<p>I updated my iphone to the most recent iOS yesterday which vastly improved the mobile site-- it still works like crap on the old iOS but perhaps that’s not priority. I had logged in to say as much when I was on my phone earlier, but I kept getting logged off so I got frustrated and gave up.</p>
<p>I received an iTunes update for the CC application…so I updated (reason given “fix bugs”…that is the understatement of the year). Anyway…I did the update. ALL it does is send me to THIS format…it is NOT the CC application at all (as it was in created last November). And it does NOT rotate. Nice job fellas! NOT!</p>
<p>I’ve been trying to adjust to the new format but the lack of responsiveness by the powers that be is aggravating and hugely disappointing. I’ve actually forced myself to participate more than usual, just to see if that might renew my CC enthusiasm. But (I hope someone who can do something about it is reading this) there’s no denying that you guys have really messed this up. You give the impression that you simply don’t care what your long-time members think.</p>
<p>I know this is a free board. But CC has benefited from the free insights of the wise and witty people who made it the fine gathering spot it was. What a shame to watch that go down the drain, and for what?</p>
<p>I think some of are here because we like the exchange and, especially in parent threads, we have somewhat gotten to know each other. If this whole thing crashes, I would miss that.</p>
