Generally you can’t.
If you’re within the 15 minute window for editing, you can erase what you wrote and just write, “deleted”, though. Reply to this with a link to the post you want to delete and a moderator will see it eventually. Their hands may be tied by forum rules too, though.
Take it as a lesson learned.
