yeah, the op and whoever else looks down on somebody just because they go to walmart.

That’s funny. Where I live, we’d consider anybody who goes to Walmart as the loser with no friends.

Then you and your friends are ass holes. Judging someone on what store they shop at is dumb and ******bag behavior. But you’re probably a ■■■■■ anyway so nvm

The OP reeks of pretentiousness and ■■■■■. Walmart may not be the best for the economy (understatement) or the most ethical but hey, if it’s selling something for the cheapest I can get it then I’m gonna go there to buy it because I’m not made of money, in fact I’m quite poor right now.

To answer your question, yes I have been to Walmart. I go a few times a month. Walmart isn’t the town center of my area.

Wow… Walmart is the best lol… i seriously go there everyday even if i don’t need anything…it’s just like second nature for me to go to walmart…that’s why i want to go to a college that has a walmart near cause it’s like one of my favorite stores haha

HatersUnite: u live in Baltimore? i live on the lower Eastern Shore and that’s pratically one of the very few stores down here that nearly everyone goes to…I see why you don’t like Walmart considering you’re in B-More where there are much better stores, but we work with what we have haha

I almost died

Czars in France! Ooh!

Aside from that, it’s hilarious how most of the preppy American kids in this thread really don’t understand how outsourcing, multinational corporations and labour in third world countries work. Anything you pick up from an Adidas, Puma, GAP, Microsoft etc etc etc could be the product of the sweat of poor Indian/African/Chinese labour, not just something you get at Walmart 'cause its cheap. Trust me, this was a part of my eleventh grade economics project, and I’m an Indian living in India, so I kind of know what I’m talking about because I’ve seen underpaid ladies in villages stitch Nike footballs myself.

Nicholas II was the Tsar of France in 1789
He was worse than Nicholas the First, he was worse than Nicholas the Zeroth, he was worse than Nicholas the Minus Oneth
He was the worst, since Nicholas the Minus Thirteenth!

Wow! I’m like Bach or Beethoven! Look at my music!

Exactly, people seem to think that only the “cheap” stuff at Wal-Mart is made by outside labor. In reality, anything could be.

But seriously guys, Walmart is just gross.

lol, I wonder when people are going to start boycotting Nike

Some of you guys are funny

People aren’t going to boycott Nike.

Maybe to protest against Tiger?

See this movie…Wal Mart: The High Price of Low Costs

It IS definitely biased, but interesting and informative nonetheless.

If you say so

You think they will? Not a large enough percentage…

I live in a town too small to support a Walmart, though there’s one about 25 minutes away in New Hampshire where I like to but DVDs, I buy all my clothes at the thrift shop next to Walmart.

That’s a frightening thought.

I guess it is seeing you’re from Los Angeles, though when you come from a town of 2600 it’s not.

My high school had close to 2600 people

Whoa. My high school has almost 400 people more than your town. O_O
