Help! Non-existent college course?!

<p>Freshly graduated from high school, I’ve been browsing around for a college that offers English Language in its A-Levels Programme, and I’m devastated to find that none of the colleges in Penang (and Kuala Lumpur, the CAPITAL of Malaysia) offers said subject. I may have to consider GCE A-Levels, but I have not much of an idea of it.</p>

<p>Why is there such a disparity in course choices in Malaysia? What on Earth should I do?</p>

<p>Change the title to something like “Where can I get an A-Level English class in Malaysia?” so that people who can help you out will notice it.</p>
