Most of the ones I’ve seen are pretty small, even with lofted beds. Not much room for activities

I desperately need someone to read my essays. Ugh for once I want to be back in school.
Anyways I finally decided on which subject tests I will take. US History, Physics, and Spanish. I’m expecting 750+, 750+, 700+ respectively.

@tinny I feel you on the essays. have no idea if I’m on the right track, but i’m afraid someone will copy if i ask for help. ush isn’t bad as a subject test, not sure about the others

you guys should ask one of the parents on here~

I’m pretty happy right now. I just took an ACT Diagnostic Test and got a 35! :D

@TinnyT, Spanish is not that bad. I took it spontaneously on-the-spot and got a 750. So if you study and have decent previous Spanish experience, you should do fine.

@central do i just march into the parent forum or what?
@college congrats!

@iron Exactly. I need to see if other readers will get what I’m trying to say. And I got a 4 on the APUSH exam and that was with minimal studying (like an 1 hour studying the night before). So if I actually study my material over a month period I should get a 750+, hopefully an 800.

@collegeluva I’m entering Honors Spanish IV in the fall and have the Barrons book. I will study for about a month, maybe more. I’m hoping for 750+, but I heard it is hard for non-native speakers therefore I’m expecting 700+. Are you a native speaker?

@tinny just fyi, on the subject test, study a variety of topics, don’t focus on depth

Ok thanks!

@ironchariot

I looked around and some people in the past just made a new thread there asking if any parents would read it! I’d check to see if they posted in the Parents’ Cafe before, though!

I posted in the Parent Forum…fingers crossed

@ironchariot, Thanks!

@TinnyT, I am not a native speaker. I have been studying Spanish since middle school, though I’m not all that great. For me, it was just a lot of common sense where if I kind of read through the passages twice, it started to make more sense.

Oh ok. That’s good to know.

Bleh. Spanish. I’m switching languages when I get to college. I can’t pronounce ANYTHING.

sparkle-me neither! i’m so bad at speaking, it’s not even funny

I love Spanish ((: I want to study abroad in college!

I hated Spanish in Elementary school, So I’ve been taking French since 7th grade and I love it. I want to either study abroad in France or England/Australia/Italy.

I haven’t loved Spanish in high school, but I definitely want to continue and study abroad. (Insert cliche viva espana aqui)

I suck at pronouncing different languages in general; I was excited when my school offered Latin :p.
