High School Class of 2014

I’m hoping for a 220+. I think I did quite well.

Before the test I was hoping for a perfect but I know I missed at least one :/

Oh well, it’d suck if I got a perfect this year and messed up next year :D

I think I did pretty well too. I’m predicting 200+ for sure, but anywhere up from there, who knows.

@globalwolf: A perfect score? Have you been studying a lot? I did not study at all, save for a few practice questions (about 10 minutes’ worth).

I just did some of the practice questions from the packet they gave us. I did get a 227 last year though and a couple of the things I got wrong were stupid mistakes.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken the PSAT, so I’m not expecting anything spectacular. But, the Critical Reading sections were surprisingly easy for me. I finished those sections with ample time remaining.

I think I did worse on the math than anything else. Anybody else feel the same way?

Anaychi, the only passage-based CR question that I had trouble with was the first one for the Mo passage. The answer was ‘limit Duncan’s teaching’ (A), right?

Edit: Evan, I definitely did the worst on math (and it’s my best subject!). I made three VERY stupid mistakes. I’m really kicking myself right now.

@studious I think so. That’s what I’ve been seeing on here, at least. I put the one about being a shrewd judge of character, though. :(

I changed my answer last minute from shrewd to limiting.

For those who took the PSAT last year, do you think that the PSAT was easier this year or last year? I took it last year and thought the math was a little bit too easy and the reading was ridiculous, but I still got the highest score in my school (Think about a freshman making a 160 as the highest score. My school is meh when it comes to standardized tests.)

EDIT: I did not take it this year because I was too busy to prepare and I have alot of things going on that require money. :(

Yeah, I honestly, I think I did the worst on math.

Studious: I did put down (A) as the answer. I was slightly unsure, but it seemed like the only answer that made any remote sense.

I put A for the Mo question too.

I don’t remember how last year’s psat was :s

I don’t think I did very well overall /: I haven’t practiced at all so it’s my fault. Oh and my proctor gave us 25 minutes on writing -___- mehh.

My PSATs are on Saturday… :P

I think i did worst on all.

But when worst comes down to worst, it was the writing section i did the most horrible in.

I think I did worst on the CR… the vocab asdf. I KNOW I missed at least 2.

My first time taking PSAT
I think I did worst on CR. The math section was so easy. W was rather hard, but at least my finding errors in sentences is much better than my vocabulary.

I put on my Gmail chat status that I wasn’t challenged in my classes (I’m clearly not if I am going to have straight 100s on my report card) and that I needed AP level work. My Honors Chem teacher (who found out from his fiancee who is a Gmail chat friend) handed me an AP Chem test prep book and said do section 2 for homework tonight. What have I gotten myself into?

^this is why you shouldn’t add teachers until after you have finished their class :P
