That’s awesome
are you doing ib diploma?

I was elected Latin Club Vice President today, and I wasn’t even at the meeting! It was a pleasant surprise. So that’s… three leadership positions this year. I’m pretty happy with that.

Cool Studious…my teacher for health sciences just picked me to be president of HOSA because I am smart and dependable. I’m only a sophomore but I will be running a club full of juniors and seniors. I am interested to see how this turns out.

My ECs are okay, but the biggest problem is I don’t have any leadership positions
…I’m hoping I might score a few next year…

Running a club as a Sophomore (or as a Freshman, as my case was last year) with countless upperclassmen is brutal. Though, assert yourself in the beginning, and it’ll be smooth-sailing.

^I think it’s fine, actually. As long as you have their respect, they don’t really mind that someone two years younger than them is running things. At least, that’s how it is at my school.

courseload:
AP addition
AP word pronunciation
AP gym
AP lunch
AP bathroom
AP cursive writing (im struggling with this class… i have a 98)

ECs:
every single sport (i mean every single sport… male or female)
my major sport is speed stacking (holds all SS records at my school) (might get recruited)
most clubs (didnt want to join anime club and ultimate frisbee club because they’re all posers)
played both the triangle and the xylophone for 9 years
17th degree black belt in jiu jitsu

Hooks: 1% of all existent races, legacy at all colleges, 1st generation, speak 7 languages fluently (thanks to Rosetta Stone)

thats about it i guess… my courses are the hardest my school offers and i have the most ECs than anyone in history…

i mean i hope colleges like me!!!11!! :)

Yeah Jereve
I’m already taking HL math this year so it’s a good start. I do wish I didn’t have to take a language though.

Edit: These smilies suck… O_o

:3 for real. I’m def taking SL math aahaha saving those HLs for good classes
jk. What level language are you in?

@jkang909 …are you serious? about the ECs I mean

@collegeluva101 what? do you think this is funny? dont you be talking sass to me girl. i aint no fool

Oh pssh math is as good as anything xD As long as I’m not taking HL spanish/history, I’m happy.

I’m in spanish 3 right now. Destined for another three years of torture :(

If only AP Bathroom really existed, jkang909. I’d assume the AP test would go something like this: “For a male, what’s the most effective stance to use when urinating in a standard toilet?”

it does exist… come to my school. 6969 main street, baghdad, iraq.
plus i took the AP test already and got a 6.

i think there was question similar to that but it was like: “For a male OR a female, what’s the most efficient method of eliminating all urine in a bladder when urinating in a standard toilet?”
a) yes
b) no
c) false
d) 69
e) ok

Oh, what I would give to go to your school, jkang909. Then again, my school address would be the subject of sexual jokes, lol.

hey guysss
im a sophomore in Georgia. whaddup? i was too lazy to read this whole thread but it’d be cool to meet some 15-16 year olds 'round here :D

do you think my school address is funny? this is a prestigious school. theres nothing funny about it >:(

hey everyone!! just wondering i am in the a sophmore like most of u and there is a national college fair in the city i was wondering if u think it would be weird for a sophmore to go or not??

It’s DEFINITELY not weird to go as a sophomore!!! I went when I was in 8th grade and everyone assumed I was a junior. People won’t notice, and if you tell them, the representatives will be impressed by your interest and your commitment. You should really go :)

So, anyone wanna quickly look over my editorial for the paper? I need some last minute thoughts before I submit it. Just say it, and I’ll PM you.
