My school told the sophomores that we are getting our PSAT scores second semester -__-.

Just got an email from the school with my score-192. Not disappointed but not happy. That’s pretty much what I expected.

Still thats really good.
Looking at the PSAt for Sophomores: You got around 97-98 Percentile

@goodnoodle that’s a great score! Congrats!

Even most of the smart kids at my school got around 180 and there were only a few people who got 190s. Most people got around 160-170 though. And people at my school are very smart too.

I got 209. Would’ve gotten a 213 if I didn’t get only one wrong on math, which was a multiple choice question. Argh.

4 of my friends got into ivy league schools!!

Nice.

But in my opinions, Ivies are crap. Mainly because i hate cold weather.

@purpledino, That’s a lot of kids to Ivy from one school. Do you go to a private school?

@Purpledino, that’s awesome! which schools?

Is 4 really that many? There are (private) schools here in the UK who get 10% of their students into Ivies each year.

Who the hell kills little kindergartners and his own mother?

Thoughts and prayers are with those in CT.

@UKgirl for a private school, 4 is not that many. I’m not sure what type of school purpledino attends, but for a regular public school 4 is a good amount.

Harvard, Upenn, Yale, and Dartmouth.

The Harvard and Upenn one are from my school( public) the Yale and Dartmouth one are from other schools (Public also). I wanna be them so bad!!!

last year, we had 1 Wharton, 1 Normal Upenn, 1 Vandy, 1 Harvard.
This year we have 1 Stanford so far…

Last year the “big ones” were UVa and Virginia Tech. I know people who’ve been accepted to Tech, JMU, along those lines. I know a few people in my grade who will definitely go to Stanford, NYU, Caltech, etc.

Last year’s big acceptances were like 3 berkeley acceptances, and one girl who got into NYU and NotreDame

Last year was Yale, Duke, and UPenn

Last year there were quite a few to UPenn, 3 to Georgetown, 1 or 2 to Columbia, 1 to Duke… I think those were the major ones.
This year so far, I only know of one going to Princeton. I’m sure there are others who have been accepted to top schools, but that’s the only one I know of.

I’m at a selective state school and we get around 10 to Oxford and 5 to Cambridge every year. Only a couple apply to US colleges, but I think they generally do very well.

Wow tonight’s winter formal dance was amazing. I grinded with so many cute girls and got to hang out wih my friends. And I was voted sophomore prince. The princess was my friend (the one I’ve talked about multiple times if anyone actually remembers) so our slow dance was fun. I’m just so energized I can’t sleep haha.
