High School Class of 2015

:) I guess I’m just used to movies like Thinker Tailor Soldier Spy, therefore I didn’t expect to laugh as hard as I did to a British series. (Pvt. Lomax is brilliant though)

Trying so hard not to give spoilers away asdfghjkl

It’s got such a brilliant mix of comedy and serious stuff, as well as brilliant actors, and it’s set in such an interesting time period. Between all of those, it makes a pretty good series :)

I have no problem with spoilers. :stuck_out_tongue: You should watch Suits (and Scandal). Both of them are brilliant TV Series.

But it’s such a shocking ending, and relevation half way through that I can’t give it away.
I’ve been reccomended Suits before. If there’s no school tomorrow I’ll try it  Which reminds me, it should be about 8 hours until snow, as long as the BBC got it right.

You’ll love Harvey Specter. :P

Les Mis was just a bit underwhelming really. Amanda Seyfreid annoys me, and whenever people were singing endlessly before they died I was just annoyed that they wouldn’t get on with it.

It’s supposed to start snowing very very soon! I’m irrationally excited :D

Does anyone else have plans for the summer yet? I don’t necessarily mean educational stuff, but holidays and trips as well :)

I’m organizing my summer plans now. I will most probably be in the Washington DC - New Jersey area for two weeks for three events. From there I will be going to speak in other areas of the USA.

If my plans go 100% correctly, I will be speaking in the British Houses of Parliament in the UK towards the end of summer.

Still working out the kinks. Should be a summer to remember ;).

And all expenses paid, of course (which is the best part haha).

I will be taking a few courses at the local community college, volunteering, and prepping for the SAT. I might try to get a job, but I’m not sure. It’ll also be the first summer I can drive myself and the last summer that my senior friends will be home before they leave for college, so several spotaneous road trips are bound to occur as well, haha.

I hate snow.

In other news, I’m planning on spending 2 weeks in Germany on a non academic history and work camp, then a week in France to watch the finish of the Tour de France and visit the Somme battlefields. I also have to spend 2 weeks doing work experience somewhere, hopefully a museum then for my birthday a group of us are going down to a friend’s holiday home in Devon for a few days :D

I love snow. Unless your snowed in.

I want a job, because i want a car.
The economy sucks down here though.
Study PSAT
do a bunch of thigs that get me on a “Jesus High”.

Damn, Hobbit, you are going to get into some awesome things.
What exactly do you do? Did you discover cold fusion or something?!?!?!

@Hobbit how on earth are you speaking in parliament? That’s crazy! And do you mean in front of parliament or just in the houses of parliament for some conference or something?

I like snow a bit more now, I just made a snowman :)

I like taking a hose and spraying the water on a steep hill and then sledding down it

Just had to send an awkward email to a German organisation about language skills. I hope their email person speaks English…

And my snowman fell over.

bummer
10char

What an awesome day at school today… It’s like nothing could have gone any better. :|

^ Do I detect sarcasm? Either way explain :)

I’m not speaking in front of Parliament (although I would not mind if any members of Parliament would like to watch me). I am actually speaking at a conference in the Houses of Parliament.

Not my day today…exam and a huge load of homework :/

@Hobbit that’s still really cool  What sort of thing are you talking about?

I had a rather mixed day. I had an exam, then a freezing cold cycle home in the snow. But then it got better when I made a snowman and covered my brother in snow. And then I didn’t do anything but go swimming for the rest of the day :)
