<p>Have any of you guys studied/practiced for your PSAT or SAT and bumped your scores up by alot? I’m wondering what some good ways are to bump my 1820 to a 2100 haha… Also any tips on self studying (well, I took the class but I took it last year) for AP exams? I’m planning on taking AP Human Geo … I think I can pass it with ease, but I really want a 4 or 5…</p>

<p>@Teaspoons this one kid at my school got like a 185-195 sophomore year and got a 212 last October by studying. It is definitely possible. As for AP HuG, check out the AP forum of this site. It’s full of so many great resources!</p>
<p>Teaspoons: I don’t have any personal experience studying for the PSAT/SAT – yet – but I can tell you that my score jumped from 202 freshman year to 222 this year without studying, probably just due to having an idea of what the test was going to be like. So I would definitely recommend practice tests.</p>
<p>I am so mad at myself…My math teacher nearly failed me for my midterm, and it counts twice in my grade! I have a 97 in that class, too. Now I have to do extra credit during my week off to make sure my average doesn’t tank. </p>
<p>Oh, I love Model UN, but we haven’t been able to meet for a while because of holidays, midterms, and Regents week. I like politics, but not as much as I like arguing. To me, the best part of MUN is understanding different countries and cultures. It’s really cool seeing the parallels between other countries and America…</p>
<p>Has anyone had success with the Collegeboard online classes for the SAT/PSAT? I might use them…</p>
<p>I’ve managed to reserve Ireland for MUN if I do take part, they have quite simple and obvious beliefs, so I’m hoping it won’t be too hard :)</p>
<p>Just spent the afternoon visiting my friend in hospital, but hospitals are just so depressing. It doesn’t seem a good place to try to help people get better.</p>
