<p>2d kinematics. I don’t feel like I “overwhelmed” myself at all. The few nights before the test I did not really feel stressed. I always go in for tests feeling confident. I thought I did much better than an 81% on that test but apparently not.</p>

<p>My advice is (if your an incoming freshmen) if your going to take a language make sure you study English (or whatever your first language is) just as hard so you can make the transition more easily. If you don’t know what an indirect object is in English then your going to have a difficult time trying to remember what case it is in German. Taking several foreign languages was amazing in high school- it made me try harder, get better grades, and score higher on the ACT.

<p>@emenya posts like those are reasons I’ve been avoiding CC as much as possible. Parents are disgusting and whiny and it makes me pray their kids aren’t like them. </p>
<p>Maybe I’m a bleeding heart liberal but doesn’t it lack complete empathy to say “look at that student harvard accepted who’s parents were murdered ruthlessly before them by getting caught in gang crossfire when he/she was 3 years old! My son who has two loving parents, a safe home and access to resources that kid never had will never be able to get into harvard now!” Apparently not. </p>

<p>@Jellybae exactly!!! These are the parents and they are repeatedly getting so upset. It made me scared to think if I was in that situation (but Im very close to it) and the felt the same way about me. Honestly I thought it was disgusting. </p>

<p>Is anyone applying to the UCs? I’m still confused on the EC/community service portion of the application. What if you’ve been in multiple officer positions in one of your clubs? Do you add it into the description or as a separate activity? What if you took a non-weighted A-G course that gives college credit and offers an internship?</p>
