What time do you guys get home at night? I get home at like 7 because of clubs and stuff
If I’m working I get home at 10, but if I’m not working I get home around 5:45 and cross country practice.

I get home at 3:15 p.m. on normal days and 4:30 p.m. when I have club meetings. Recently, however, aside from JSA, none of my clubs have been holding meetings.
My school has club meetings during lunch, which is a good thing since I would have no way to get home if I did after-school activities every day.
@dsi411 That sounds way more convenient! Unfortunately that would never happen at my school since we have three different lunch periods. On Wednesdays though school starts an hour later so a few clubs just have meetings that day before school, but most clubs just opt to having meetings after school.
@dsi411 I wish my school did that! Having it after school is why I get like 4 hours of sleep a night.
Just got a 1520 on a new SAT. Now just to do that on the PSAT.

has anybody thought about their teacher recommendations yet? i’ve been desperately trying to schmooze all my new teachers but i suck at talking to adults…i heard some people “reserve” their recommendations in the beginning of junior year and it just seems so early…
I already have. I’m pretty sure I’ll ask my APUSH teacher for one because I’m also treasurer in the club she supervises. Also I’m not sure about my other recommendation, but I’m thinking that I’ll ask my AP Lang teacher.
I’m probably gonna ask my AP Lang teacher and AP Calc BC teacher. If I need a non academic one then probably my debate coach

@ZBlue17 yes, you can use the same recommendations for different schools.
I’ll certainly ask my Latin teacher for a rec since he knows me really well and we talk quite often, and probably my math teacher too because a lot of the schools I’m looking at require math/science rec.
Yes, I’ll be asking my AP Chem and H Precal/Calc BC teacher. They are both awesome people.

^I would say probably, but certainly not a guarantee because no one has any idea how the entire thing will turn out.
We practiced some math PSAT questions in school today…it’s weird, for me the questions are either insanely easy or shockingly complex. Hopefully everything goes ok on wednesday though!
how did you guys score your PSAT practice tests? I can’t find a raw score conversion chart for the new one.
