I just checked my grades and I got a 153% on my final in IB Spanish. The teacher did say she was gonna curve it (because everybody did horribly) but I didn’t know she was gonna curve it that much! Unless it was a mistake…
My finals are in January, so my anxiety won’t start until the end of this month. D:

@QueenOfBohemia the immortal life if Henrietta lacks is one the best books I have ever read. It’s nonfiction, but it kinda reads as if it were fiction.

@Frigidcold don’t get me wrong I have zero minutes to spare while school is going on … but as of now I don’t really have anything to do. No classes gave HW over the break, and I’m waiting on my ACT score from December to see if I have to study more to take it again or whatever.
I feel like we all just get way too sucked into school that it takes over our lives.

Oh, you guys are on break? Still have 2 more days of school. Have 2 projects and 2 apps to finish during break. Also have a competition the day after we get back. And 4 tests that week. So yeah, I’ll be a bit busy.
I ONLY just realized that I missed the Scholastic Art and Writing deadline by a few hours…! I was so absorbed with preparing for the ACT that I didn’t think about preparing my works to submit them into the contest. I rushed the day before but didn’t realize that the deadline said 11:59 pm ET on December 16 - which is 9 am where I am. I thought the deadline was 9 pm for me! :(( I’m so pissed off right now.
I’m so glad that the first semester is over. Now, I can spend my Sundays watching the football games without worrying about my homework! Yay!

Am I the only one without finals? I think like one of my classes has a 9 weeks test but that’s it LOL
I don’t have much homework over break but I still have a ton of things to work on like my research project and taking diagnostic tests for my AP classes
