Thinking back on some of my college app essays, I feel I could have done so much better on my Common App essay…
My writing style really developed and blossomed while I write all my supplements and I think it’s kinda shameful my Common App essay won’t live up to that.
I am ashamed of my essays I sent into like the first two colleges I applied to. My final-draft of my “major of interest” themed essay is bomb, but the first draft is not nearly the same. @Faultystart
That moment when you go back to school after winter break and want to drop out but then you relize you already did the work to apply to college and you already made it this far so why give up now

@hhjjlala @coffee-and-cramming IDOC is good for most, but some colleges don’t use it. Bates wanted documents mailed in, which was super stressful over break when winter weather was stranding me from any post office! I’d check on the school’s website.
I finally finished all my college apps only to realize I forgot to send my act/sat scores. Yikes I hope they’ll accept them late
