We filled out our classes for next year today! My schedule is
AP US Gov
AP US History
Honors Calculus
AP Calculus
Dual Enrollment Chem
Honors American Lit
Honors Spanish 3
Honors Spanish 4
Alternate 1. Dual Enrollment some kind of business class
Alternate 2. Band (lol)

We have block scheduling which explains the double Spanish. We also have the calculus class set up as honors the first semester and AP the second, so that’s how that works. The alternates are in case the schedule conflicts.

This is pretty random, but when do you guys start and end school? I thought the time my school starts was the norm, but after looking at another thread on CC that might not be the case.

Zero Hour (optional)- 8:00 a.m.
Start- 9:00 a.m.
End- 4:10 p.m.

@thetex Yeah haha I moved schools it’s a weird story. I ended up getting accelerated two years instead of one ahead by accident. Oh well.
@ak2018 I don’t understand what you mean lol. It’s listed as Honors Calculus the 1st semester and AP the second, but they just learn all the AP material in both semester as if it’s one class.

@ak2018 Yes! My school is small (900 kids) so they have honors kids’ classes already mapped out. They let us take both of them all year long every other day. It works well.

@Hamlon We start at 9:15 am to 3:20 pm but we start at 10 am to 3:20 pm on Mondays. 75 minute classes, hour long lunch.

senior year I’m taking an online AP class so I’ll have 1st and second off so I’ll start school at 10 yesss.

@tonyk16 It’s the opposite at my school :o The French teacher is so much more chill and her class is super easy compared to the Spanish teachers. With the way her class is set up, it’s basically impossible to get anything lower than a C

I start at 7:35 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and 8:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and end at 2:55
