@ak2018 thanks for the welcome! I’ve had this account since 8th grade but I never come on to talk (: but yeah, our school doesn’t have a good reputation. I live in a rather poor area, which is why our district pays for exams. many people I know do dual enrollment because the APs aren’t offered, which is what I’ll do senior year if they don’t offer AP chem and AP physics. It really sucks, but our school system is not good in my district. I wish I lived somewhere else where more APs were available, but I’m really unlucky when it comes to my classes and teachers 
but I guess you win some you lose some. just means more self study for me!

I didn’t think the AP Psych exam was that bad. Tomorrow I am going to a cadevor lab with my medical biology class, which will kind of be a noce way to relax during the most stressful weeks of the year. Friday I have the APUSH exam in the morning and the AP Euro exam in the afternoon. Then I get the weekend to study for AP Biology on Monday. Where do you guys go to take the exams? The exams for my school are administered at a local cc
my exams are in my school’s gym. I took the AP psych exam too, it was pretty easy (: I just have my world exam next Thursday, but I’m trying to cram a lot since I really want a 5.
So I talked to my counselor today… I had to drop AP Physics 1 for Junior year… For a Bioengineering major, is it OK if I don’t take AP Physics 2? I was thinking about self studying AP Physics 1 next year because of my impacted schedule, but how would that work? Has anyone self studied AP Physics, or really any science?

@nyuhopeful44 she didn’t make me. I just auditioned for treble choir last week, but I didn’t think that I would make it so I never actually left room for choir in my schedule for next year. But I did. So to make room for Treble Choir, i had to drop my second science :(( :((
@nyuhopeful44 You have to go to your community college? Does that mean you don’t have to go to school? :o Our tests are at school, classes taking place in AP testing areas are just relocated. Unfortunatley, we still have to go to class before/after the exams.
@sewin2music I’m sure they wouldn’t outright reject you because of that. You will likely end up taking the same physics courses for your major regardless of what you take in high school. I don’t know much about self-studying, maybe you could ask the AP Physics 1 teacher at your school what they think, they might give you some study resources.
My AP Gov exam is on Tuesday, and I am not ready. 
We retook the pre-test we had at the beginning of the class and feel like I barely improved…

Also, I got second for my RESA in Georgia for Young Georgia Authors Oh well. It’s levels are school, county, RESA, then state. SECOND out of thirty high schools. dang it lol. Oh well I guess I could write an amazing one next year and beat the girl who beat me maybe.

@LeopardFire Same. I get the worst vibe from Hillary, but my parents are voting for her. When they announced that Trump was the official Republican Nominee, my dad was laughing hysterically. Lol, I knew he was crying on the inside. :))
I remember back in the summer when everyone joked about Trump running for president and now it’s just too close of a race
I hope by some miracle Cruz and Kasich dropping out makes Republicans who hate Trump vote for Bernie. I said at the beginning of this election I wanted anyone other than Trump or Hillary, and I’m in denial that exactly what I don’t want is probably going to happen.
@nyuhopeful44 We just take the AP exams at school :o Even for exams for classes that aren’t offered. Last year for AP Music Theory I got to sit in a room in the guidance office with an entire long conference desk thingy all to myself! It was kind of awkward tho because the proctor had to sit there alone with me the entire time. For exams for AP classes that are offered, the students go to the resource room and if there are way too many students (HuGe and Psych) then they may need to use a few empty classrooms as well. For afternoon exams, you need to eat during the earliest lunch period, but if you’re taking a morning and afternoon exam then you’re just screwed lol

I kind of expected Trump to get the nominee. But, I’m curious to how Hillary will go against him. Bernie, is not gonna get the nominee unfortunately.
