@cliffnotes yep binary is 00111 10101 01110
Currently trying to find motivation to do the rest of my homework tonight… The closeness of winter break is getting to me haha
@Marg532 SAME
@0100001001 shook. Have no clue what it means tho
I’m dreadful at translating binary. It takes me ages to calculate it out.
Also, does anyone here sound/speak slightly different on this forum than in real life? I feel that I sound infinitely more pretentious on here than I am in reality.
Just registered for the February ACT, took a lot longer than expected.
Just registered for the January SAT. Which book is better college panda or any of the Erica Meltzer grammar books. Al so for math if you’re getting in the mid 700s do you recommend using the PWN math guide or Dr.Jangs SAT 800. LOL there are just so many books available Idk which one to choose, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
When you’re checking graduation requirements to choose online dual credit classes for next semester and realize PE might be the class that keeps you from graduating.
I now have to strongly consider summer school, but it conflicts with most Summer programs. Now, I’m forced to weigh my options: put it off until Senior year, cross off certain programs, or attempt to take it online. :-/
@Hamlon I would either put it off or take it online. Summer programs are too valuable. I took PE online and it was honestly like I didn’t take PE at all. I had to submit an activity log every two weeks, but I just made everything up :)>- . They never called my parents to verify. There were some lessons, quizzes, and tests, but they were extremely easy. This was through K12.
@Wolfgangbread I read your post in an aristocratic English accent. Sorry, just teasing you.
@Wolfgangbread I don’t pronounce my “th” sounds well in real life. I also speak a little in the New England/Boston/Maine dialect (just look at the SNL Dunkin Donuts skit and that’s basically what New England is like).
also does anyone know where you can get the October SAT QAS for free
Hey Guys. I had a pretty rough day, but at least it’s over. We made snowflakes in Spanish and finished watching Glory in U.S. History. It hit me right in the feels! :(( :((
I also talked with my counselor about writing a detailed letter, and sending it to each of the colleges I’m applying to, about my low-ish GPA.
Two devastatingly hard finals today. AP Physics I and APUSH… why are my harder classes back-to-back?
@OneNormalKnight My AP classes are right next to each other as well. The universe is working against us.
@ak2018 We’re watching a movie in French class that hits me in the feels as well! We’re watching “The Chorus” (“Les Choristes”). We started yesterday and it’s already hit me in the feels.
@Wolfgangbread I’m a terrible speaker; I stutter and pause a lot. So, I think I express my thoughts better when they’re written, like on here.
@frazzledazzle I agree, as someone from CT Dunkin Donuts is EVERYWHERE in New England. I’ve been in areas where there are two of them on opposite sides of street. I don’t get it. However, my family usually gets coffee drinks at Starbucks instead for some reason. Also, what do you count as an New England accent? I feel like the only thing that notable about my voice is that I pronounce my T’s and P’s softly.
@OneNormalKnight Both of my AP classes will have their midterms on the same day, so I can kinda relate. Its frightening, but on the bright side, at least you can get them over with all at once. c:
This has been kinda of a weird day. q.q
First off, we use Google Accounts at my school. Its possible to send out emails to everyone in an entire grade using “schoolgradeX”. Someone sent an email to everyone in the school. Its become a chain of memes. Its funny, but the amount of people whining about notifications they’re getting in the email chain is insane. Don’t they understand they are just perpetuating the problem?? There was an announcement about it this morning, but people are still sending responding to the email anyways.
Then, someone pulled the fire alarm. Today is an advisory Wednesday. We leave at 12:48, so the periods are rather short. Thanks to the fire alarm, I only had AP Lang for ~10 minutes.
I think everyone is going a little nuts waiting for break. I know I am.
I took the December SAT and scores come out tomorrow. When (what time) do SAT scores generally come out? This question has probably been answered so many times on here but I’ve seen a variety of different answers so sorry if I could’ve found this info somewhere else.
@mirandaf If this helps, I’ve tried staying up until 12 am to wait for the scores, and usually nothing’s there. I’d say around 8 am-ish.
@Wolfgangbread SAME. I’m so much more laid back in real life. I tend to flood my speech with words like “like” and “so” and “omg.” Also, my calc teacher says I make a lot of extreme statements haha
@mirandaf I normally wake up at 2am and the scores are there. I’m in California so that’s PST
